Is Envoyce for you?

Envoyce is a multi-platform invoicing tool, that can save you lots of time. It creates, sends and ultimately allows for tracking of all your customer invoices. However, Envoyce is not for everyone. This post identifies who could be best suited to our platform.

First lets talk about the businesses that Envoyce probably wont be a good match for.

• If you are supplying your customers & taking same day payments via an eCommerce platform, then its a good chance you wont need Envoyce, as your eCommerce platform creates and manages your invoices for your clients.
• If you are dealing with customers that need multi-currency multi-tax support, then Envoyce isnt a god match as it doesnt currently support that.
• If you are already paying a monthly subscription for a full accounts system with one of the big accounting platforms, then Envoyce is probably not for you. It would be a duplication of effort as Envoyce currently does not support invoice export.

Okay, now lets see where Envoyce really works.

Envoyce is good for all small businesses, contractors, freelancer and everyone else that invoice multiple invoices per month. This is especially true for businesses that are out and about making deliveries or working at customer site. Trades such as plumbers, carpenters and maintenance service companies full into his bracket as do domestic cleaners, hairdressers and pet grooming and walking service companies.

A rule of thumb is that if you dont take payment on the day, Envoyce works well.
